The A684 links with the motorway network via the A1, 6 miles west and the A19, 5 miles to the east. Durham Tees Valley Airport is 17 miles to the North. Small power to comprise 2No 13 amp twin sockets. Undersink electric hot water heater. Mechanical Ventilation to toilet. Fire Alarm Installation.

Drainage

Separate drainage system and manholes connected to mains drains.
